Personal data collected via this website are used exclusively to respond to contact enquiries and to provide general information about the practice and its services. The website itself is not used for medical treatment, diagnosis or documentation.

When you visit the website, the hosting provider technically processes server log data (including IP address, time of access, page requested). If you voluntarily fill in the contact form, the following details are additionally collected: name, email address, optionally a phone number, and the message you enter. The pre-check (risk self-assessment) runs entirely anonymously and locally in your browser; your answers are not transmitted to this website or to any server.

Your personal data are processed on the basis of Art. 31 para. 1 revDSG, to fulfil an existing or prospective contractual relationship with you, or to safeguard the practice's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Where consent is required in an individual case (e.g. the consent checkbox on the contact form), that consent forms the legal basis.

Data entered via the contact form are transmitted solely to the practice, specifically to the encrypted HIN mailbox paul.georg@hin.ch as the sole recipient. Depending on the technical setup of the form at the time of your visit, this happens either directly via your own email program (your details are then not transmitted to any server of this website) or via a form service provider acting as a processor, used solely to forward the data to the address above. Data are not passed on to any other third parties, in particular not for advertising or analytics purposes. Form data are not cached on any server operated by this website itself — the website is static and has no database of its own.

Server log data held by the hosting provider are automatically deleted after its usual, short retention periods. Enquiries submitted via the contact form are kept only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. Data collected in the course of actual treatment at the practice (medical records) are subject to the statutory retention periods described in the separate patient information sheet you receive at the practice.

Under the revDSG, you have the right to obtain information about the data processed about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data deleted, and to receive or transfer your data in a common format, insofar as no statutory retention obligations apply.
